Transact Network is a privately held company headquartered in Gibraltar. We are an e-money institution authorized and regulated by the Financial Services Commission. We provide a comprehensive set of products and services for the stored value industry. We use state of the art card processing systems and best in class processes and procedures. Our target customers are financiall institutions, program managers and processors.

Our aim is to provide our clients with an extremely focused approach in developing and implementing stored value programs: a one stop shop. Prior to the founding of Transact Network, clients would have to deal separately with banks, processors, client support organizations and printers to establish a stored value program. We currently offer our services throughout the European Union in a variety of currencies, including, Euros (€), Dollars ($) and Pounds (£).

Transact Network's founding Director are Miles Paschini, Tobias Schreyer and Kiran Sidhu.

Miles Paschini

Mr. Paschini has twenty years of experience founding and operating transaction processing businesses. Prior to joining Transact Network, Mr. Paschini founded EWI Holdings, a point of sale processing company which was sold in 2006 to Blackhawk Network, a subsidiary of Safeway. EWI Holdings shareholder's included investments by Darby Technology Ventures, a fund of the Franklin Templeton Group and National City Equity Partners, a fund of National City Bank. During the development of EWI Holdings, Mr. Paschini was granted several key patents related to prepaid processing technologies (US Patent #'s 6526130 and 7131578 ).Mr Paschini attended San Diego State University.

Tobias Schreyer

Tobias Schreyer has extensive experience in online transaction processing. Prior to joining Transact Network Limited, Mr. Schreyer was Director of Payments at Bay Management Limited in Gibraltar. Before that Mr. Schreyer was Vice President of Business Development and Sales at Wire Card AG in Munich. Initially he was the founding director of Gedik GmbH, an internet service provider which was sold to HighwayOne (Telefonica Deutschland GmbH).  He has been an Advisory Board Member of several IT companies and investment funds, including 3i. Mr. Schreyer holds a degree in Business Administration and Information Technology from the Munich University.

Kiran Sidhu

Mr. Sidhu is an active investor in early stage technology companies.  Prior to joining Transact Network, Mr. Sidhu was a Founder and Finance Director at Nano Universe PLC, an LSE-AIM listed internet investment fund.  Mr. Sidhu was an Associate with Merrill Lynch in Mergers and Acquisitions and a Manager with Price Waterhouse’s Strategic Consulting Group.  Mr. Sidhu has an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School and an A.B. with Honors in Computer Science from Brown University.
