Transact Network Limited was awarded the full Electronic Money Issuer License by the Financial Services Commission.

Transact Network Limited announced today that the Company was awarded the full Electronic Money Issuer Licence by the Financial Services Commission in Gibraltar. Under the e-money license, Transact Network can provide various financial services including the issuance of stored value products, receiving funds for credit to stored value accounts and the transmission of money to facilitate loading and redemption of stored value accounts. Upon the receipt of the license, Transact Network began the process of notifying EEA Member States of its intention to provide services into EEA Member States under Directive 2000/12/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 March 2000 relating to the taking up and pursuit of the business of e-money institutions.

Transact Network announces the upcoming launch of the EasyBuy portfolio of stored value products for resellers and distributors.


Transact Network Limited has announced a new portfolio of stored value products designed specifically for resellers and distributors. The products line will be available under the brand name EasyBuy and will include prepaid MasterCard virtual cards, payroll and general spend cards. The program has been designed specifically for reseller and distributors and will enable our partners to make the product immediately available to their clients. The product line is expected to officially launch in February of 2008 with trials beginning in Q4 2007.
